First, complementary appointment:

-  Face to face meeting, zoom meeting or telephone chat.

We discuss your buying needs and how a buyer’s agent can bring value to your situation.

After you sign up:

-  Planning

  • Asses your buying criteria & finance
  • Taylor a buying plan, this includes suburb & property profiling.

-  Recommending Property

  • Weekly updates of new listings on the real estate market.
  • Property inspections.
  • Due diligence on target property. This includes checking contracts of sale & section 32s, building inspections, maintenance reporting and market appraisal (property value).

-  Purchase

  • Manage a negotiation, Auction or Private treaty. This includes signing of contracts, deposit receipts etc

Part of our formulated process insures we have a property pipeline, hence, if we lose an auction, we keep working till we purchase, regardless of how many times it takes.
